With an eye to good health, the menus for the April 20th class will feature fabulous recipes for diabetic cooking; the second class, scheduled for April 22nd, will feature wonderfully flavorful gluten-free recipes. Register for one or both classes…learn to cook and enjoy all of your efforts by ultimately enjoying these delightful feasts!
The Horwaths of Someone’s in the Kitchen in Princeton have again welcomed our aspiring chefs to try their culinary hands in the showroom "dream" kitchens. Registration for one class is $30. per person, or $50. per person for both classes. Classes begin at 6:00 p.m. Call the Shelter at: 815-872-7387 to register.
